It is well documented that three key components of all successful ERP system implementations include well defined and strategic business objectives, efficient business processes that are aligned to these objective, and supporting technology where appropriate to enable key business processes. Our staff believes that process focused training is the fourth key component to all successful ERP implementations. Without effective end-user training, all planning, design, and deployment successes will not be sustainable once the system is implemented.
